It is always alluring to go for
the highest estimation that you receive, but remember to be truthful. Check the
prices of properties that are nearby or have same appearances so you can get the
rough idea for setting price for your property. If your price is too high, they
will be the least possibility of selling house quickly.
Keeping less pricing for your property will attract your potential buyers.
